Who I am
WIN PERFORMANCE is a personal training, Pilates and nutrition coaching business run by Jessica. I am the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact me at Jessicawinpt@gmail.com.
What I collect
When you submit the enquiry form, I collect the information you choose to give me: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, your fitness goals, your training experience, and any additional information or questions. Please avoid including sensitive health details in the form. We can discuss anything relevant when we speak.
How I use it
I use your information only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss working together. I do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing. I will only send you marketing if you separately agree to it.
Legal basis
I process your information because you have asked me to contact you (taking steps at your request before entering into a contract) and with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who handles your data
- Formspree receives the enquiry form and emails it to me.
- Netlify hosts this website and may process technical data such as your IP address.
- Google Fonts supplies the website's typefaces, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.
These providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards. Each has its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries only for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. If we don't go on to work together, I will delete your details on request or when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw your consent. To do any of these, email me at the address above.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, please contact me first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
